About the Project

Cheongna Science Park (CSP) is a cornerstone of the Cheongna Medical Complex Town, located in Cheongna International City within the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ), South Korea. Built to accelerate Korea’s biomedical and healthcare sectors, CSP unites startups, scale-ups, industry leaders, and leading academic and R&D institutions to turn discovery into impact. Featuring advanced research facilities, a dedicated AI facility, and STEAM-aligned programs, CSP is a vibrant community that speeds innovation.

Cheongna Medical Complex Town is a major urban development project in Cheongna International City, designed around a flagship general hospital by Seoul Asan Medical Center. It brings together cutting-edge medical and bio-related research facilities, a dynamic startup campus, and modern senior housing to create a comprehensive medical and lifestyle ecosystem.

Slated for completion around 2030, the project will generate thousands of local jobs and boost Cheongna’s global competitiveness in the medical and bio sectors. More than a development, it’s a new standard for healthcare, innovation, and everyday living.
